New house›Kitchen›Box 7

Find the coffee maker on night one.

Label boxes as you pack, list what's in them in seconds, and scan them as you unpack. TracStor knows which box has the kettle, which room it went to, and what it was all worth if the movers break something.

Free during early access. Works offline, even in an empty house with no Wi-Fi.

Moving›The plan

Pack, move, unpack

Each box is a bin

“Kitchen box 7”. Say or type what goes in as you pack: one item at a time, or a quick photo of the open box.

Label it

Print a QR label on a pocket printer, write the six-character code in marker, or stick on an NFC tag and tap to open.

Moving day

Home shows every box and how many there are. Expensive things get a value and a receipt photo before they go on the truck.

Unpack by scanning

Scan a box to see what's inside and drop it in its new room. Then ask “Where is my kettle?” and get the box and the room.

Tips that save the first week

  • An “open first” box. Give it the keyword open first and filter by it on arrival: sheets, chargers, coffee, tools, toilet paper.
  • Label two sides. One label on top, the code on a side, so a stacked box still reads.
  • Rooms first. Make the new home's rooms before the truck arrives, so unpacking is one tap per box.
  • Stacks in the garage. Boxes you won't open for a while go in a stack, and TracStor remembers which one is where.
  • Valuables get a value. TV, computer, instruments, tools: add what they're worth and a photo of the receipt. If something breaks, make a PDF report for the claim.
